What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They keep the site working, remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used. Similar technologies such as browser storage (sessionStorage) may be used for the same purposes.
Strictly necessary cookies and technologies
Required for the site to work and to store your choices; no consent is needed.
- ht_consent (first party, 180 days): stores the accept or decline choice you made in the cookie banner.
- ht_sid (first party, browser storage, deleted when the tab closes): a random session id used to group clicks and section views within the same visit. It is never matched to your identity.
Statistics cookies
Used to measure how the site is used and which sections and buttons attract interest. Set only after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): _ga and _ga_VWQFWJ4H4E, 2 years. Counts visits and on-page interactions with a pseudonymous id.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): _clck and CLID 1 year, _clsk 1 day, MUID 1 year, MR 7 days, ANONCHK 10 minutes, SM for the session. Produces heatmaps and session recordings; text you type is masked by default.
Marketing cookies
Used to measure whether visits from our Google Ads campaigns lead to a phone call, a WhatsApp message or a contact form submission. Set only with your consent.
- Google Ads (Google LLC): _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, 90 days. Matches an ad click with a conversion.
Third-party content
The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies (for example NID, 6 months). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; this request sets no cookies, but your IP address is sent to Google servers.
What is measured without consent?
If you choose "Decline" or have not made a choice yet, no statistics or marketing cookies are set. Google tags then send only cookieless, aggregated signals without identifiers. The site also records clicks and section views in its own first-party log without storing your IP address; this log uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Managing your preferences
On your first visit a banner in the corner of the screen lets you accept or decline. Your choice is kept for 180 days. You can reopen the banner with the button below and change your choice at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if strictly necessary cookies are blocked, parts of the site may not work as expected.
